AI & Content Policy
Hulby uses generative AI to create marketing content.
AI-generated content may not always be accurate and may require human review.
You are responsible for checking:
factual claims;
prices;
product information;
legal claims;
copyright;
trademarks;
advertising claims;
images of people;
logos;
customer information; and
platform-specific requirements
before publishing generated content.
Hulby does not guarantee that AI-generated output is legally protectable by copyright or that it does not resemble existing works.
AI transparency
Hulby is an AI-powered service and users should be informed that they are interacting with an AI system where required.
EU AI Act Article 50 transparency obligations apply from 2 August 2026. Providers of generative AI systems must also implement appropriate machine-readable marking mechanisms for AI-generated content.
This is particularly important for Hulby because it generates images and text intended for publication.
I would therefore make sure your actual product architecture handles AI provenance/metadata rather than merely putting a disclaimer in the Terms. The European Commission's current guidance specifically addresses machine-readable marking and detection of AI-generated content.
