This Privacy Policy explains how Hulby, trading as Hulby, processes personal data when you use Hulby.

Subscription information, invoices and payment-related information. Payment card information may be processed directly by our payment provider.

Text, images, logos, brand assets, prompts and other materials you submit to generate content.

Usage information
Information about how you interact with Hulby, including features used, timestamps, device information and technical logs.

2. How We Use Personal Data

4. AI Providers

Hulby may send relevant information and content to third-party AI infrastructure and model providers in order to generate requested outputs.

We only use providers that are appropriate for the relevant processing purposes and enter into appropriate contractual arrangements where required.

IMPORTANT: Only keep the following sentence if it is actually true for your infrastructure:

We do not permit our third-party AI providers to use your submitted business information or generated content to train their general-purpose AI models.

5. Service Providers

payments;

analytics;

customer support;

email delivery;

AI processing; and

security.

These providers process personal data on our behalf where applicable.

6. International Transfers
