Refund Policy

Hulby provides digital services through recurring subscriptions.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where:

you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer law;

Hulby has failed to provide the paid Service;

we expressly agree to a refund; or

another mandatory legal right applies.

For consumers in the EU, statutory rights relating to digital services remain unaffected.

Where a digital service is defective or does not conform to the contract, consumers may have statutory remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction or termination depending on the circumstances.
