Refund Policy

Hulby is a digital service with recurring subscriptions. You can cancel at any time in your account, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

Fees already charged are generally not refundable, except where:

• you are entitled to a refund under consumer law;
• Hulby has failed to provide the service you paid for;
• we expressly agree to a refund; or
• another mandatory legal right applies.

Consumers in the EU

Your statutory rights for digital services are not affected. If a digital service is defective or does not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, a price reduction or ending the contract, depending on the circumstances.
